manner through consistently incorporating innovative improvement and also ensuring that all our Associates do receive full worth of their investments.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Chairman of the Board and the Directors are responsible for the top-level policies and procedures of the company.

MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
Retains overall responsibility for the three main sections of the company on the day-to-day working activities. Chief Vincent Ajede is the Managing Director/CEO of Solar Energy Advanced Power Systems and is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the Company.

These Sections are:

TECHNICAL
Responsible for the technical operations of the company, retaining the overall duties of the solar engineering installations, networks and planning activities.
A Project Manager who is qualified electrical/electronic engineer is responsible for the technical management of this section.

COMMERCIAL
Responsible for the commercial operations of the Company, retaining the overall duties of contract management procedures and policies. Liaise with the Clients.
A commercial manager who holds the qualification of MBA and is fully experienced is responsible for this section.

FINANCE /ADMINISTRATION
Responsible for the finance and administrative management of the Company, retaining the overall duties of personnel, office administration, taxes, budget planning and bank relationships.

LEGAL ADVISER
Attached to the Board of Directors and the Managing Director and is responsible for the legal aspects and relations of the Company.

QUALITY CONTROL
A quality control engineer is attached to the Project Manager and is responsible for the technical specifications, test, final rendering of works and work acceptance procedures.
